　　学校简介

　　康涅狄格大学的主校区位于斯托斯（Storrs），占地4104英亩。大学下设13个学院，分别是：农业与自然资源学院、商学院、牙科学院、教育学院、工程学院、美术学院、法学院、人文与科学学院、医学院、护理学院、药学院、农学院、社会工作学院。其中有10个学院位于主校区，法律和社会工作学院位于州首府哈特福德（Hartford），医学院与牙科学院位于法明顿（Farmington），还有5个分校园遍及州内多个城市。大学共设有101个本科专业和80个研究方向。

　　教育专业第21位，其中初级教育专业排第18名，特殊教育专业排第20康涅狄格大学向学生提供高质量的课程，学生的满意度很高。新生一年以后的继续入读率也很高， 2005年入学的新生92%都继续在读，这一比例在美国公立大学中排第25。校友毕业以后向学校捐助的比率在全美大学中排第七。
