Personal Statement:

Give detailed descriptions of your motivations for conducting research in the specific field and, if possible, your research plan, by explaining the specific research field and specifying the name(s) of the potential supervising professor(s) you wish to study under.
Recommendation Letter:
Two recommendation letters from your current supervisors or individuals who are familiar with your academic or scientific work. Please enter the referees' names, organizations, positions and email addresses on the Application Form on the website. Our system will automatically send emails to the referees asking them to fill out our recommendation form. The referees will then have to access the designated URLs to fill out the form.

Recommendation Letter:
Letters of Recommendation: Recommendation letters, written on the enclosed specified form, should be completed by two evaluators well acquainted with the applicant’s ability in his or her research field and with the applicant’s personality. Each complete form is to be sealed in an envelope and signed across the seal by the evaluator. The recommendation letters must be written within the 6 months of submission.

Present a full academic transcript of all universities and colleges attended from your freshman year to the present showing the grades given to the applicant per department (including for general education).
Transferring students must also submit their transcripts from their previous colleges, etc.
A degree certificate or a graduation certificate simply showing the ranking of the applicant at graduation will not substitute for academic transcripts.
Personal Statement:
Please use the specified sheet you can download from T-cens.
Describe an outline of your research proposal, including your motivation for selecting this particular department/course. This statement needs to be written in English in no more than 1,000 words.
Recommendation Letter:
The School of Engineering requires two letters of recommendation and at least one of these recommendations should be completed by a university faculty member who has taught you or knows your work. |
